Both the Barcelona International College syllabi and professors have been evaluated and approved by Jacksonville University, Florida who accredit our courses. The focus of the University is on engaged learning so we encourage students to seek additional education outside of the classroom.

Certification
Official transcripts from Jacksonville University are sent to BIC students at their home university about 6-8 weeks following completion of their program at the Barcelona International College. Whether you complete a semester in Spain or study throughout the summer, your time learning in Barcelona will get you the appropriate accreditation.
Credits
Join students from around the world, learning about Barcelona and the Spanish culture as you complete your studies over the summer for up to 6 credits. If you study for a semester, then you could earn between 12 and 15 credits during your time in one of the most emblematic cities in Europe.
